UNEXPECTED LOVE

Once upon a time, there was a family in a small village. The father of the family was very greedy and lazy but his wife was an understanding and diligent woman. They had a very beautiful and kind hearted daughter named Wati. Her father didn’t have a job. Everyday he asked his wife to work, because his wife only finished elementary school. She worked as a servant at a very rich merchant’s house.

One day, the mother was critically ill. She couldn’t work. And her husband became angry, he hit and slapped her till she was bleeding. Because her husband liked gumbling and playing women. He needed much money then asked his daughter to look for a job. Because the money was always spent by the father, she didn’t go to school. That’s why, she could only replace her mother’s job.

The firsy day she worked there, she was impressed by the owner of the house, he was a very rich and kind old man. Three days later, when she was watering flowers in the garden, unintentionally she splashed a young man’s face, and said “ Sorry, i didn’t mean to splash you.”. And the young man answered “ It’s okay, in other times you must be careful.” “ Thanks, but who are you?” asked the girl. “  I’m only a farmer.” Answered the young man. “ Instead of it, do you want me to serve you a cup of tea?.” Offered Wati to the young man. “ No thanks. No bother. Do you work here.“ she answered “Oh oke . Well, yes i work here. I replace my mother’s job.” “ Ooh.”he answered “ This is your buffalo. Isn’t it?.”said the girl “ Yes it is mine.” He answered.

Suddenly the master shouted at Wati. When Wati turned around, she got shocked because she forgot to turn the stove off. And when she was about to asked to the young man to go, he has disappered.

When she was on her way to home, she thought about her mother and the young man. And when she arrived at home. She wondered why her house was full of people of the village. And she found that her mother dead. Three days she didn’ t work. In another side, a young man looked for her. Suddenly, he arrived at Wati’s house and he saw the yellow flag. It intended that Wati’s mother had passed away. The young man was shocked  and he ran into the house. He was looking for the daughter and said “ Who has passed away?”  then she answered “ My mother has” . Suddenly the man hugged her.

After three months, newly was known that her father killed her mother. And the policeman caught him. He was in jail. Her daughter had lived with the master and one day the young man took Wati to a beautiful lake and said “ Actually, I am not a farmer but i am the son of your master.” “ You’re just kidding, aren’t you?.” Said Wati to make sure. “ No I’m serious. I’m so sorry. I’ve pretended to you and in fact my name is Steven.” And steven told the true story to Wati.

After a month, they were dating in a romantic restaurant. Steven had planned a good idea to make Wati happy. Long long hour they talked to. Steven asked Wati for something. “ Will you be my wife, Wati?.” Suddenly Wati was shocked by his words and she answered his question “ Hmm.. you are just kidding, right? I know you want to make me laugh, but not like this!” he made sure that he asked her answer “ I am sure. I don’t play your heart. But since I met you. I have loved you. I get deeply in love with you. If you say yes I will be very happy. If you say no it’s alright.”

She was confused to answer his question. But the truth, she also liked him. But she wasn’t brave to say it. Suddenly he asked her again “ Wati, please tell me. What ever you say.” Then she answered his question “ No.. I can’t refuse your love.” After that he shouted at every one who was in the restaurant. Every one was giving applause. Then they were ready married. She never got difficulty on her economy and lived happily ever after.
